Shipping

What is the processing time?

Currently, our processing time is 1 business day. This means it takes 1 business day for us to make your order and drop it off at the post office.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, S'Berry Boutique only ships within the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

We offer economy, standard, and express shipping methods. Economy takes an estimated 5-8 business days, Standard takes an estimated 3-4 business days, and Express takes an estimated 1-2 business days. The time-frames are estimates only and not a guaranteed time-frame.

S'Berry Boutique, LLC custom creates each order as we receive them. At checkout, you will be able to select your method of shipping. We recommend selecting a faster shipping method if you need your order to get to you faster. Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable, and shipping upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times.

All orders will contain a tracking number. Please make sure to track your package to get a better estimate of knowing when it will arrive. We cannot refund or resend the item due to loss after confirmation of delivery. S'Berry Boutique, LLC won't be held responsible for items that the Postal Service has delivered and you didn't receive it. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

DISCLAIMER: S'Berry Boutique, LLC cannot guarantee the arrival of packages by a specific date due to the possibility of delays by the USPS. Once the USPS has the package in their hands, they can delay the shipment for reasons beyond our control. Please read our full shipping policy in our shop's 'Shipping' section. How do I track my order?

Reference your shipment confirmation email to be able to track your order.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We require photo proof of the product and all of it's packaging, including the shipment box. You will need to send the photos to info@sberryboutique.com and reference your order number.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, S'Berry Boutique is unable to accept certain items for return.

These include:

•Items which are no longer in new condition.
•Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes.
•Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like special/custom orders, personalized orders with names, dates, etc.

•Bath and personal care items that have been opened (for health/hygiene reasons).

•Items which have been in the customer's possession for more than 14 days from the date the item was delivered.

How do I return an item?

First, you'll need to determine if your order is eligible to return. If your order qualifies to return, you'll need to email us at info@sberryboutique.com and reference your order number and the reason for returning it, and we will respond within 1 business day.

Please note: If the item is being returned for any reason other than damaged or you were unsatisfied with your purchase, the shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer's responsibility. This includes fees to return the item to our facility as well as fees related to shipping a replacement item to the customer, when applicable.

We advise all customers to return their items via a carrier (like USPS, UPS or FedEx) that provides a tracking number. Return shipments which are lost in transit are not the responsibility of S'Berry Boutique.

How long does it take to process my return?

We inspect all returned items within 2-5 business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a condition which is not new or which does not include all of its original packaging, including gift boxes, will be returned to the customer or the fees for the missing items will be deducted from the refund.

After the product's original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or perform an exchange. Most refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not offer exchanges.

What puzzle sizes do you offer?

We currently offer 12-piece, 30-piece, and 252-piece puzzles. Our 12-piece puzzle measures 7.125"L x 5.25"W x 0.1", our 30-piece puzzle measures 9.5"L x 7.5"W x 0.1", and our 252- piece puzzle measures 13.5"L x 10"W x 0.

What's the difficulty level of each puzzle size you offer?

You'll need to factor in that our puzzles are typically surprise announcements, so there is no picture on the box to help assemble. So which that in mind, the 12-piece puzzle has an easy difficulty level, the 30-piece puzzle has a moderate difficulty level, and the 252-piece puzzle is extremely difficult.

Do you send a proof of each order before it's created?

Since we want to get your order out quickly, we only include proofs if it is requested. It is important to ensure you type your customizations correctly to avoid any mistakes.
